Shipping FAQ'a

> What Are My Shipping Charges and Options?

The order total includes all discounts, promotions and coupons. Taxes and Gift Wrapping charges (if applicable) are not included when calculating the order total.

If your order totals $99 or more (not including items that require special shipping, oversized items or items being shipped directly from the manufacturer) and the shipping destination is within the contiguous 48 states, we will pay UPS Ground Shipping fees for you!

We cannot guarantee an arrival date or time frame with Ground Shipping. We strongly urge our customers to choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select for orders that need to arrive by a specific day.

All orders received for in stock items will normally ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a U.S. national holiday will ship the next business day regardless of shipping method.

You'll be able to see exactly what you'll pay for shipping during the checkout process. If the cost of shipping an item differs from the price you see in the shopping cart, you'll be contacted via phone or email. We won't ship your order until you approve the shipping price.

> What About Special Shipping/Oversized Items?

Because oversized items require special shipping considerations, the free shipping offer does not apply and a surcharge will be added to the shipping price. We'll contact you for approval of the shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your shopping cart.

Also, please note that Oversize items can not be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States and can not be shipped via overnight or express delivery.

In addition, certain items we offer may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. This will be indicated on the product information page. These items do not qualify for the free shipping offer, an additional charge will apply and they can not be sent via overnight or express delivery.


> How long will it take for my package to arrive via UPS Ground?

We use UPS Ground for packages shipped to destinations within the continental USA. Items in stock at our facility ship from Greenwich, CT 06830. To estimate transit time for UPS Ground shipments, please see the map below:


After you place an order, we automatically send you a tracking number. Once you have received your UPS tracking number from us, please go to UPS.com for the latest status of your shipment.


> Do You Ship Outside Of The United States?

No. Currently we do not ship to any location outside of the United States. We suggest you look into the use of a Package Forwarding Service. These companies will, for a fee, provide you with a US street address and will then forward your packages to their final destination.

> What Are Your Rates For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO/APO, And Other U.S. Territories?

We use only USPS to ship to these destinations; express service is unavailable. If your items weigh over 2 lbs, a surcharge will be applied to the order and we'll contact you with the exact shipping charges. You'll be asked to approve the charges BEFORE the order is shipped. Please provide us with complete contact information during checkout, as we'll have to cancel your order if we need follow-up approval and don't hear from you within 48 hours.

> Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?

No. Currently we do not ship to Post Office boxes.

> What If I Supplied An Incorrect Shipping Address?

We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge the billing party a $5 re-route surcharge and any additional fees assessed by the shipping company.
