Returns / Exchanges
You MUST contact us prior to the return of any product for refund or exchange.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Landbridge Toys will gladly accept returns of unopened, unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. We check every product before it is shipped to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for full return or exchanges. Please let us know about any questions, concerns or defective merchandise as soon as possible.

In short, if you're not happy for any reason, please contact us by email or call us at (203)983-6800, and we will find a solution together.

If you request a return, you must get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us prior to returning the product. The RAN number must appear on the shipping label of the returned product.

Where To Ship Returns / Exchanges
To return products for exchange or refund, please send products to the following address:

Please include the following:
1. A copy of the original packing slip.
2. The product(s) to be returned or exchanged in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached,
3. A note with your instructions for us (eg: “Please exchange toy “X” for toy “Y”, and refund the balance to my credit card.”) If this is a return, please tell us why you are returning the product.

Please pack the items carefully, using the original packing material.

You should consider insuring the return package. We are not responsible if your package is damaged or lost by the shipper while in transit to our facility.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund or give credit for special promotions or discounts, gift wrap charges or shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless it is as a result of our error.

Refunds
In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original purchasing credit card. We normally issue a credit within 5 business days of receipt of the products. The credit should appear in your next billing cycle.
